No, we have a strict no pet policy. Please see our policies & fees for complete details and additional charges.  The MINIMUM fee you will be charged if we find pet hair, paw prints or other animal evidence is $250

Late rental fee is the equivalent of two times the daily rental fee. Please see current rates for daily rates.

We allow up to 100 miles per day in the daily rental rate. Additional miles are billed at $0.50 per mile

Generator usage is available for additional purchase at $3.00/hour for usage

Yes, you must provide your own insurance.    Some auto insurance policies will cover the RV during your rental: examples of companies that provide binders are American Family, Allstate, USAA, State Farm, and Farmer’s. Please inquire with your auto insurance carrier or agent for details.  Please be sure you can obtain insurance prior to booking as we do not refund depsosits or rental fees if you are unable to obtain insurance prior to your rental.

Yes, all of our rentals come with an entertainment package and include TV, DVD, AM/FM & CD Player

Rentals that are canceled more than 30 days of the rental will receive a full refund, minus a $50.00 processing fee or 4% of your rental whichever is greater.   Refunds take 10-14 business days to process.  Rentals that are canceled less than 30 days but greater than 14 days will receive a 50% refund of rental. Rentals that are canceled within 14 days of rental will not receive a refund.

No, we have a very strict no smoking policy. The minimum charge for cleaning an RV that has been smoked in is $500.00.   Charges can substantially exceed $500 based upon the time required to clean and sanitize the unit.    Please don’t smoke in our units.  Please see our policies and fees for complete details.

We provide the basics that you need such as a microwave, stove, refrigerator, kitchen sink, toaster, coffee pot, place servings for at least 4, basic posts & pans, basic kitchen utensils.


If you choose not to dump and flush your black & grey water tanks, we charge $50.   If you don’t return the RV filled with Propane, we charge $50 plus the cost of the propane to take it to get filled.   If you don’t return the unit filled with diesel fuel or gasoline, we charge $50 plus the cost of diesel or gasoline.    If you don’t return the unit as clean as it was when checked out, we charge $50 for the first hour of cleaning, and $25 for each additional hour.    These are all optional fees and you may choose to return the vehicle in the condition as it was when checked out (filled, clean etc.) or pay us to return it to that condition.  If there is any damage, we charge the cost of the damage plus any lost revenue if we are unable to fulfill another rental due to the RV being out of service awaiting parts or repair.


No, we do not allow any trailers to be towed by any of our motorized RV’s due to the additional wear and tear on engines & transmissions caused by towing trailers.


Check in (return of RV) is at 9AM.    If you call the last business day prior to the end of your rental, and we do not have the unit going out that same day, we can usually accommodate a late check in up to 12noon without additional charges.Please note that if you do not call in advance and schedule, the late fee applies — even if we do not have another rental scheduled. Check out time is at 3pm. If you call us the last business day prior to your pick-up, we will try to accommodate an early check out as soon as 9AM at no additional charge.


Yes, we schedule employees to check you out and check you back in specifically for the appointment time made. If you arrive later than scheduled, it is possible that you would not be able to check out your RV until the next business day, and we do not provide refunds for late arrivals. If you call in advance, we will make every effort to accommodate your late arrival. If your unscheduled late arrival results in after-hours time, you may be billed for overtime charges at $50 per hour rounded up to the next full hour.

Yes, we have a corporate rate arrangement with the Doubletree by Hilton.   Our rental guests qualify for a special rate of $89 per room night for 2 queens or 1 King.    We also have Gold Status which allows you two adult breakfast tickets per room per day worth $15 per ticket.   Contact us for more details.   Some blackout dates do apply.   Use the following link to book:  DOUBLETREE CORPORATE RATE
